Reality is silent.
We never encounter it directly. We approach it through observations, measurements, and models — each one bringing us closer, yet never all the way.
This graph exists within that distance.
The original molecular structure is known. The estimated graph is what emerges when that certainty is deliberately set aside and the structure is reconstructed only through mathematics.
Some relations return.
Others disappear.
New ones emerge where none existed before.
These are not mistakes to be erased. They are the visible form of uncertainty.
Every estimated edge is an act of interpretation. Every missing edge reminds us that knowledge is always partial. Every false connection reveals how easily patterns can be imagined where reality remains silent.
Science does not eliminate uncertainty.
It learns to live with it.
Like attraction itself, every model moves toward something it can never fully possess.
What remains is not the molecule.
It is the distance between what is, and what can be known.
